Processing time/before shipping is up to 72 business hours after the build has completed. However, there may be delays during peak times.
Generally orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays, however there are some exceptions.
Exact Shipping cost is dependent on which shipping service you choose and your location. However all forms list the shipping rates from Least Expensive to Most Expensive, and also detail the general shipping time of each rate.
Based on your choice of shipping rate this price will be added to your final invoice. Finally, when the package has been shipped, as well as when it arrives at your residence, you will receive emails with tracking info.
All emails will be sent to the email address listed in the original submission form.
You will receive email updates for all of the following things: Order confirmed, All parts have arrived at our facility, Build has begun, Build is completed, Your order is shipping, Your order has arrived.
The order confirmation email will only be sent out after the payment for the build has been received in full. Check our Payment Policy for more info on payment.
If you don't see updates in the tracking information for a few days, there's no need to be alarmed. USPS/UPS only updates their tracking information when the package reaches a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office. There are no updates in between, and any delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
We do not accept returns on any of our builds. However if there is an issue with what you ordered or you need assistance with your build please email us at mustkeebs@gmail.com or Contact us.
After we have received your submission the price will be calculated, shipping cost and a build fee will be added on. This final price will be sent as an invoice via email. Payment is not necessary immediately after the invoice has been received. However, your order will not be confirmed and parts will not be ordered until payment has been received in full.
Parts for a build are ordered once payment has been received in full and never earlier. If there is a problem with stock on a part in your order you will receive an email 24 hours after we have received your payment and the proper amount will be refunded. As soon as all parts have been ordered to our facility an email will be sent.
Remember that the final price has also taken into account shipping cost from the parts in your order being sent to our facility. Therefore any discrepancy in price from what you originally expect can usually be accounted for by this. In addition, the build fee and the cost to ship it to your residence also may make it seem like there is discrepancy in price.
